CookingTeam Building
A training activity that concretely involves participants in an experience of strengthening and consolidating the work team through the metaphor of cooking.Divided into groups, participants can try their hands at preparing a menu, undergoing relational situations similar to group work dynamics, but in an unusual and fun context. The activities will be overseen and coordinated by one or more chefs. An enjoyable moment for tasting the dishes takes place at the end of the workshop.
Winetasting in the castle and team building
A complete tour of the Castle and its wine-cellars with a tasting of 4 wines served with typical local products, and a group lesson for team building activities, with a final test and prize for the winner.The Castle is a residence of medieval origin in the middle of a wine-producing estate in the heart of Valcalepio, a hilly area between Bergamo and Lake Iseo. Built in 1200 as a military fortress, it was the residence of condottiero Bartolomeo Colleoni and of several noble families afterwards. Since 1953 it has been the centre of the wine tradition in the Grumello area and its wine-cellar members belong to the Wine Tourism Movement.
Cocktailcontest
A competition between colleagues to create the best alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, with professional bartenders as judges who reward the winning team with cocktail kits.After an initial introduction to team building and a short lesson on the main drinks and working methods to use, the cocktail preparation competition is held between the two teams who show their creations to the judges and their colleagues. Each team has a fully equipped workstation to work in. At the end, professional bartenders demonstrate their skills by offering participants a final aperitif.
Golfclinic
A golf lesson created both for enthusiasts and to introduce novices to this sport in an impressive location a stone’s throw away from Bergamo. At its conclusion, a 9-hole competition is held to determine the winner.The golf course is located at the foot of the Bergamo’s splendid Colli hills and inserted in an area of considerable value in a setting abounding with artistic and gastronomic heritage. The course is officially approved and affiliated with the Italian Golf Federation, and offers both practice facilities (driving range, putting green, pitching green, sports equipment, unlimited practice field balls) as well as a final competition on the putting green.
