Our culinary creations are accompanied by an equally extensive wine list, a scrupulous and continuously evolving selection of white, rosé, red and sparkling wines. The labels we have chosen are at the forefront of Italy’s top wine producers, without relying necessarily on the known names.

Our wine list features local wine producers that are less known yet worthy nonetheless, offering L’Officina Restaurant guests new proposals that are never commonplace.

In addition to Italian brand names, you will also find foreign wines and spirits, including champagnes, Spanish brandies, whiskies, grappas (pomace brandy), vodkas and rums, selected according to a criterion that attributes greater importance to the quality of the product rather than to the label’s fame.
