This place is the most amazing hotel. We loved our room – the gym and the sauna. The staff members were great, the service was marvellously friendly. And breakfast was forever rememberable. I will for sure go to Winter Garden Hotel for a hundred times.

Plus: Very cosy, renovated and clean facility with a very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Large rooms and very large and comfortable shower. Beautiful spa included in the room rate. Excellent restaurant. Very convenient underground parking included in the room rate. Very convenient location for the airport and the fair trade area. Excellent quality/price rate. In short, really outstanding. Negative: Everything was exceptional, thank you.

Said was very helpful, don’t usually leave reviews but these guys are great. I booked my dates wrong, he helped to arrange it for the day of arrival, adjusted the Spa reservation too. Then we had a person who missed their flight so he helped to have them join us too without fuss. We had multiple issues and they sorted us out each time. Stressful day was much less stressful thanks to the fantastic service. Bar food and service was great too!

What can I say? Wonderful experience. Comfortable room (although a little too warm). Perfect Spa. Beautiful massage with light hands, perfect music, oil and perfumes. The ladies, modern vestals of an ancient ritual, practiced the massage not only with skill and professionalism, but adding a kind of affection, of care for us that amazed us. And finally, a heavenly dinner at the restaurant nearby…

Plus: Beautiful hotel, well-kept and clean throughout, friendly and qualified staff. Large room equipped with everything. With great surprise we also received the whirlpool in the bathroom. The Spa available to guests is absolutely a must-have, including kit (bathrobe, towels, slippers). We added a supplement with the aromatherapy massage for couples: the best choice we’ve ever made. We left the wellness area reborn! The restaurant is excellent: beautifully presented quality food and friendly staff in the dining room. Breakfast was plentiful and varied (practically to suit all tastes) and served in a panoramic room overlooking the Alps. In short, a special experience, absolutely to be repeated!
